Silent Film Numero Dos
These are the travels of a guitar through the city. The sites and the sounds. The scenery and the emotions surrounding them.
Production Stategy
I am following two distinct rules as I film my tattered guitar on the streets of Milwaukee. One is to get extreme long shots and close ups so as to juxtaposition the two and add a certain amount of contrast and drama to my pieces. Another is to use a tripod when I am able to, so that I will be able to distort time without the camera shaking excessively.
The success of all these pieces will depend heavily on my success at editing the clips together. With the help of the city of Milwaukee and the beauty of a tattered guitar, I hope to achieve that success.

Drift Map
All video and audio was taken in two different drift walks. Each walk I collected both video and audio, and both walks I followed the same path. One of my walks was done during the daylight, the other during the moonlight. By doing this I hope to juxtaposition the two walks to contrast each other.
My drift strategy was this: I would start at my house and take a left and walk three blocks. Then I would take a right and walk three blocks. Then another left and three blocks, and a right and three blocks.
